Artwork Setup Guide

Resolution

  • Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for all raster images
  • 72 DPI web graphics will appear pixelated and blurry in print
  • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) scale to any size without quality loss

Color Mode

  • All files should be in CMYK color mode for accurate print color
  • RGB files will be converted to CMYK — colors may shift slightly
  • Pantone (PMS) colors available for exact brand color matching
  • Rich black for large dark areas: C60 M40 Y40 K100

Bleed & Margins

  • Include 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed on all sides
  • Keep text and important content at least 0.125" inside the trim line
  • Extend backgrounds and images to the bleed edge
  • No borders at the exact trim line — they may appear uneven when cut

Fonts & Text

  • Convert all fonts to outlines/curves before submitting
  • Minimum font size: 6pt for body text, 4pt for fine print
  • Avoid using very thin or hairline fonts — they may not reproduce well
  • If sending a PDF, embed all fonts
