Artwork Setup Guide
Resolution
- Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for all raster images
- 72 DPI web graphics will appear pixelated and blurry in print
- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) scale to any size without quality loss
Color Mode
- All files should be in CMYK color mode for accurate print color
- RGB files will be converted to CMYK — colors may shift slightly
- Pantone (PMS) colors available for exact brand color matching
- Rich black for large dark areas: C60 M40 Y40 K100
Bleed & Margins
- Include 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed on all sides
- Keep text and important content at least 0.125" inside the trim line
- Extend backgrounds and images to the bleed edge
- No borders at the exact trim line — they may appear uneven when cut
Fonts & Text
- Convert all fonts to outlines/curves before submitting
- Minimum font size: 6pt for body text, 4pt for fine print
- Avoid using very thin or hairline fonts — they may not reproduce well
- If sending a PDF, embed all fonts
