By accessing or using the JLC Printing & Graphics website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

JLC Printing & Graphics offers custom print products including but not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, banners, signs, apparel, stickers, presentation folders, and other marketing materials. All products are custom-made to your specifications.

All sales are final once production has begun. Because our products are custom-printed to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on orders that have entered the production process. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts.

While we strive for the highest quality, slight variations in color between your screen display and the final printed product are inherent to the printing process. Monitor calibration, paper stock, and coating finishes can all affect how colors appear. We print using industry-standard CMYK color processes and cannot guarantee an exact match to RGB or Pantone colors unless specifically arranged.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem unlawful, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law.

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement and will not change for that specific order once payment is processed.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination in accordance with state and local tax requirements.

For large or custom orders, we may offer invoicing on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss payment terms for business accounts.

We ship to all 50 United States from our facility at 322 Jackson Ave, Bronx NY 10454. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We ship via UPS and FedEx. Rush shipping options are available at additional cost. Free in-store pickup and customer-arranged pickup (e.g., via Uber) are also available.

Production and shipping turnaround times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we work diligently to meet stated timelines, factors such as order volume, weather events, carrier delays, and file issues may affect delivery dates. JLC Printing & Graphics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage. Contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting and reshipping the affected items at no additional cost.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Local pickup is available for NYC-area customers.

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork files that meet our specifications. Detailed file guidelines, including accepted formats, resolution requirements, bleed setup, and color mode information, are available on our File Guidelines page.

It is the customer's responsibility to review all content in submitted files for accuracy, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, phone numbers, addresses, and other factual information. JLC Printing & Graphics is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

We offer optional digital proofing. If you choose to receive a proof, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before production begins. Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If you do not request a proof, our team will conduct a basic file review but will not check for content accuracy. We will contact you only if there are technical issues that prevent proper printing (such as low resolution or missing bleed).

By submitting artwork, designs, logos, or other content for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce all submitted materials. You agree to hold JLC Printing & Graphics harmless from any claims arising from the reproduction of your submitted content.

JLC Printing & Graphics will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material without proper authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we reasonably believe it infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

All content on the JLC Printing & Graphics website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JLC Printing & Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

We provide our products and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as specifically stated in these terms. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
